Nahuen Capital AG is an angel investor in the original sense: an operating entrepreneur putting principal capital behind other entrepreneurs. There is no fund, no limited partners and no investment committee. That has three consequences founders tend to care about:

The stages we invest at

Pre-seed

Often the first institutional-quality money in. At this stage there is usually a working prototype, an earned insight into a specific market, and a small number of design partners. We look for evidence that the team can build and sell faster than the market expects.

Seed

Initial product-market signal, early revenue or a credible usage curve, and a plan for the wedge that opens into a larger market. We invest alongside seed funds and other angels, and are comfortable being either the lead voice on strategy or a quiet supportive shareholder.

Follow-on

We keep capacity to support companies that are working, and we help founders map the next round long before they need it.
